About Us

Our company is designed to help you to "be thoughtful" and true to your giving nature.  And the way we are approaching that goal is by going back to basics through mind, body, spirit, and crochet!  In each of these areas, we want to provide you with valuable information that will help you make thoughtful choices. 

Phyllis, our chief crochet designer, started Many Creative Gifts in April of 2005 when she rediscovered her passion for crochet.  She is now the Crochet Guru at www.crochet.lifetips.com and explores all of her areas of interest on her blog, so please visit her there!  For beautiful handmade crocheted items, see her lastest offerings on Etsy or email her at contact@manycreativegifts.com with your desires and specifications for a custom-made item!

Helen joined Phyllis in this adventure during the summer of 2008 (but she had been an ardent supporter from the beginning) when she finished her Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition.  They have been writing and distributing a  monthly newsletter and providing valuable information about the healing properties of various phytonutrients in our foods.  We're excited to announce that Helen recently published a children's book that's an educational but fun way for kids to learn about their fruits and vegetables, and she and Phyllis are collaborating on a set of cookbooks for Mom and Dad with great recipes, extensive nutritional information, and produce storage tips, to be published in Summer 2010.
